One daily serve is the complete labelled serve of four Essentbio® capsules. An eligible jar is counted once after Nutrition Lab Sciences receives cleared payment. Cancelled, refunded, charged-back, complimentary, sample, tester, replacement and Impact Access Reserve-funded jars are excluded. An Essentbio® purchase is a product purchase, not a charitable donation or tax-deductible gift.
Founding Release
The first 15,000 jars into the world.
The Founding Release is the initial 15,000 Essentbio® jars—the batch that moves the Global Nutrition Initiative from vision into implementation. Its full impact potential is 150,000 daily serves funded, provided all 15,000 jars are eligible and purchased.
The Founding Release timeline
The 15,000-jar Founding Release is scheduled for production over the next ten weeks. The first 2,200 jars are expected to begin dispatching from September 2026, with orders fulfilled progressively in production order.
The Founding Release is the first milestone of an ongoing commitment to extend Essentbio® access as the product reaches more people around the world.
Recognising the Founding Release
Customers receiving one or more of the first 15,000 Essentbio® jars will receive a Founding Release card with their first shipment and a digital impact record recognising their place in the launch and the daily serves funded through their eligible purchase.
The Founding Release card is customer recognition for the 15,000-jar launch. It is separate from Founding Impact Partner recognition, which is set out further below.

This is a sustainable commercial impact model, designed to expand access while strengthening the company required to manufacture, operate and grow the Initiative responsibly.
Founding Impact Partnership amounts are presented in US dollars as a global reference currency. Funds received in other currencies may be accepted by agreement and are converted into the operating currency of the Impact Access Reserve when received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, only the 50% product-access share is used to calculate funded daily serves at the current Impact Access Rate. The 20% delivery and accountability allocation and the 30% operations and scale allocation support their separate purposes and are not counted as product access.

Recognition is optional. Partners may participate publicly, privately or anonymously.
Optional workplace participation
Corporate Founding Impact Partners may also elect to offer their employees 10% off eligible Essentbio® purchases through a dedicated workplace link for 12 months—extending participation across their organisation while every eligible jar continues to help fund ten daily serves.
The benefit is optional and subject to the final partnership agreement. It applies only to eligible direct purchases made through the dedicated workplace link and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts. Nutrition Lab Sciences provides participating organisations with aggregate participation and impact reporting only; no individual employee health information is collected or disclosed. Renewal is reviewed after the initial 12-month period.

How it works
What is the Global Nutrition Initiative?
The Global Nutrition Initiative is Nutrition Lab Sciences’ long-term pathway for extending access to Essentbio® through customer-funded product allocations, Founding Impact Partnerships, approved community programs and transparent reporting.
How does my Essentbio® purchase help?
For every eligible Essentbio® jar purchased, Nutrition Lab Sciences allocates at least A$4 to the Impact Access Reserve. Essentbio® is supplied to the initiative at a preferential Impact Access Rate, helping each eligible jar fund ten daily serves. The commitment does not fall below A$4 per eligible jar.
Does the commitment apply wherever Essentbio® is purchased?
Yes. The same per-jar commitment applies to every eligible jar purchased directly from Nutrition Lab Sciences or through a participating authorised partner. Each eligible jar is counted once within Nutrition Lab Sciences’ impact reporting.
When is a jar counted?
An eligible commercial jar is counted after Nutrition Lab Sciences receives cleared payment for it. This allows the commitment to apply consistently across direct and partner channels while ensuring each jar is counted only once.
What makes a jar eligible?
An eligible jar is a jar for which the A$4 allocation to the Impact Access Reserve has been included in the applicable direct sale or authorised-partner commercial agreement. Excluded categories are set out separately.
Which jars are excluded?
Cancelled, refunded, charged-back, complimentary, sample, tester and replacement jars are excluded. Product supplied through the Impact Access Reserve or directly funded through a Founding Impact Partnership is reported as product access and is not counted again as an eligible commercial purchase. Where a previously counted purchase is later refunded or charged back, the related allocation is reversed in the next reporting update.
Is the A$4 allocation added to the price of my order?
No. The allocation is made by Nutrition Lab Sciences from the revenue it receives. It is not an additional customer charge and does not change the price shown at checkout.
Does “funded” mean the product has already been delivered?
No. Product access funded and access verified as delivered are separate stages. The live tracker reports them separately.
What is a Founding Impact Partner?
A Founding Impact Partner is an aligned individual or organisation making a commercial impact commitment from US$10,000 to US$1 million+ to help fund Essentbio® access, responsible delivery and Nutrition Lab Sciences operations and scale.
How are partnership-funded daily serves calculated?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% of a Founding Impact Partnership is allocated to Essentbio® product access. Nutrition Lab Sciences provides Essentbio® to the initiative at a preferential Impact Access Rate, allowing the product-access allocation to extend further. The current campaign exchange rate and Impact Access Rate are applied to estimate the number of complete daily serves that may be funded. The 20% delivery and accountability allocation and the 30% operations and scale allocation support their separate purposes and are not included in the funded daily-serves calculation. Final funded impact is confirmed once partnership funds are received and allocated. Any remaining product-access balance stays within the Impact Access Reserve and combines toward future access.

Founding Impact Partnership amounts are presented in US dollars as a global reference currency for an international partnership opportunity. Funds received are converted into the operating currency of the Impact Access Reserve when received.
Is a purchase or partnership tax-deductible?
An Essentbio® order is a product purchase. Direct Founding Impact Partnerships with Nutrition Lab Sciences Pty Ltd are commercial impact partnerships. Neither is represented as a charitable donation or tax-deductible gift.
Can a Founding Impact Partner participate anonymously?
Yes. Recognition is optional and may be public, private or anonymous, subject to the requirements of the partnership agreement.
Impact structure
The Global Nutrition Initiative is a social-impact program powered by Nutrition Lab Sciences Pty Ltd, an Australian for-profit company. Direct Founding Impact Partnerships are commercial impact partnerships and are not represented as charitable donations or tax-deductible gifts.
Counting and verification
Eligible Essentbio® jars are counted once after Nutrition Lab Sciences receives cleared payment, whether purchased directly from Nutrition Lab Sciences or through a participating authorised partner. Reported figures may be adjusted for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, corrections and verification. Allocations received, product access funded and product verified as delivered are reported as separate stages.
