Overview

Essentbio is currently available to subscribers in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and countries within the European Union. We are actively working to expand global access and are committed to making Essentbio available worldwide as quickly as possible. 

We are scaling up our production capacity, and every order retains its place in our processing queue. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received, and we work to dispatch each one as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

This policy explains our shipping fees, delivery times, customer responsibilities, and how we handle taxes, duties, and lost or damaged orders.

We are in the early stages of expanding Essentbio globally. As our supply chain and logistics evolve, we will establish multiple strategic distribution points to enable more efficient and cost effective global delivery. This will ensure optimised shipping while reducing or removing additional costs such as import duties, taxes, and courier fees for our international customers.

  • All Australian orders are are currently dispatched with standard shipping via Australia Post.

  • All international orders are currently dispatched from Australia via DHL Express, a premium door-to-door courier service that provides fast delivery, full tracking, and reliable handling from our facility to your destination.

Section 1 – Shipping fees

  • Flat-rate shipping is applied per order based on the recipient’s country or region.
     
    • Australia: $8 USD per order — Essentbio is available to ship to subscribers in this region.
    • New Zealand: $32 USD per order — Essentbio is available to ship to subscribers in this region.
    • North America (Includes United States and Canada): $45 USD per order — Essentbio is available to ship to subscribers in this region.
    • United Kingdom: $45 USD per order — Essentbio is available to ship to subscribers in this region.
    • European Union: $45 USD per order — Essentbio is available to ship to subscribers in this region.
    • Asia Pacific — We are committed to making Essentbio available worldwide as quickly as possible and will publish shipping rates when available.
    • Rest of World — We are committed to making Essentbio available worldwide as quickly as possible and will publish shipping rates when available.

  • Exact shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you finalise your order.

  • Tracking is included for all deliveries.

  • International shipping fees charged at checkout cover courier delivery costs only. They do not include any applicable import duties, taxes, or a $20 USD DHL clearance administration fee (Estimated where there are payable amounts due, which are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid locally to DHL to release the order.

  • Estimated transit times vary by region and remain subject to customs clearance:

    • Australia: 2-3 business days — Essentbio is available to subscribers in this region.

    • New Zealand: 1-2 business days — Essentbio is available to subscribers in this region.
    • North America (Includes United States and Canada): 2-3 business days — Essentbio is available to ship to subscribers in this region.
    • United Kingdom: 2-3 business days — Essentbio is available to ship to subscribers in this region.

    • European Union: 2-3 business days — Essentbio is available to ship to subscribers in this region.

    • Asia Pacific — We are committed to making Essentbio available worldwide as quickly as possible.

    • Rest of World — We are committed to making Essentbio available worldwide as quickly as possible.

These timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Nutrition Lab Sciences is not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or events beyond our control. All orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days from our facility after an order is received unless we are over subscribed and will then ship each order out as it completes production. 

Section 3 – Customs and import duties

  • Australia

    • Subscribers in Australia will receive their Essentbio orders without incurring any additional import duties, taxes, or fees. All costs are included at checkout, ensuring smooth delivery with no delays or extra payments required. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

  • New Zealand
    • Subscribers in New Zealand will receive their Essentbio orders without incurring any additional import duties, taxes, or fees. All costs are included at checkout, ensuring smooth delivery with no delays or extra payments required. All orders are shipped with DHL Express.

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the European Union (DDU)

    • Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and EU countries are shipped via DHL Express under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.
    • Customers will be contacted directly by DHL when their order arrives in their destination country.
    • DHL will provide a calculation of any applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance fees, along with instructions for secure local payment.
    • Once payment is completed, DHL clears customs on your behalf and releases the parcel for final delivery.

This process ensures your order clears quickly and efficiently, with local payments made directly to DHL.

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with any customs clearance fees, duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply in your country before placing an order. These charges are a standard part of international shipping and are collected locally by DHL to release your parcel. We’re unable to provide refunds if these fees remain unpaid and the order cannot be delivered.

Section 4 – Risk of loss

Risk passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or when marked as “delivered” by the courier.

Section 5 – Damaged or lost orders

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Contact help@nutritionlab.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Provide photos if applicable.

  • We will investigate with our shipping partners and, if eligible, replace or refund your order in line with our Refund Policy.
