Overview

Essentbio® Daily Capsules are available during launch in Australia and selected international markets, currently including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and selected European Union markets where fulfilment is enabled. We may add, remove, restrict, or temporarily pause destinations based on customs requirements, logistics, regulatory considerations, or fulfilment capacity.

Each jar of Essentbio® Daily Capsules contains 120 capsules and provides a 30-day supply when taken as directed: two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening.

International orders are generally structured around personal-use quantities of one to three jars per shipment, where permitted. A three-jar order represents a three-month supply when taken as directed. Destination-country rules, customs clearance, and import limits remain the responsibility of the customer.

We are scaling up our production and fulfilment capacity, and every order retains its place in our processing queue. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received, and we work to dispatch each one as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

This policy explains our shipping fees, estimated delivery times, duties-and-taxes-paid shipping approach, customs clearance, and how we handle lost or damaged orders.

All orders are shipped from Australia unless otherwise stated.

  • Australian orders are generally dispatched with standard tracked shipping via Australia Post or another tracked domestic carrier.

  • International orders are generally dispatched from Australia via DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, Australia Post international services, or another tracked courier or fulfilment partner selected for the destination.

Section 1 – Shipping fees

Flat-rate tracked shipping may be applied per shipment based on the recipient’s country or region.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout:

  • Australia — Essentbio® Daily Capsules are available to ship in this region.

  • United States — Essentbio® Daily Capsules are available to ship in this region.

  • Canada — Essentbio® Daily Capsules are available to ship in this region.

  • United Kingdom — Essentbio® Daily Capsules are available to ship in this region.

  • Singapore — Essentbio® Daily Capsules are available to ship in this region.

  • Selected European Union markets — Essentbio® Daily Capsules are available to ship where fulfilment is enabled at checkout.

  • Other destinations — availability will be shown at checkout where enabled.

Exact shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you finalise your order. Tracking is included for all deliveries.

For supported launch destinations, shipping and checkout charges are provided on a duties-and-taxes-paid basis. This means the amount shown at checkout includes applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, and standard customs clearance charges connected with that order. Customers should not be required to pay additional duties, taxes, tariffs, or standard customs clearance charges locally to receive their parcel.

Section 2 – Estimated dispatch and transit times

Estimated dispatch and transit times vary by region and remain subject to production status, fulfilment capacity, carrier performance, customs clearance, and destination-country requirements.

For in-stock launch inventory, orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. For In Production, Pre-Order, Launch Batch, or similar product states, estimated dispatch timing will be stated on the product page, checkout, or in order communications.

Estimated transit times shown at checkout, in shipping confirmations, or by the carrier are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Nutrition Lab Sciences is not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, postal providers, border authorities, adverse weather, strikes, force majeure events, or other events beyond our control.

Section 3 – Duties, taxes and customs clearance

Australia

Australian customers will receive their Essentbio® Daily Capsules without incurring import duties or customs clearance fees. Applicable taxes, product pricing, shipping fees, and charges will be shown at checkout.

International destinations

For supported international launch destinations, Essentbio® Daily Capsules are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid / duties-and-taxes-paid basis. This means applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, and standard customs clearance charges connected with your order are included in the amount shown at checkout.

Customers should not be required to make any additional payment for duties, taxes, tariffs, or standard customs clearance charges to receive their order.

This means:

  • The shipping/checkout amount shown before purchase is intended to include applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, and standard customs clearance charges for supported destinations.

  • We or our fulfilment/shipping partners manage the standard customs clearance process for supported DDP destinations.

  • If a carrier, postal provider, customs broker, or customs authority contacts you requesting payment for duties, taxes, tariffs, or standard customs clearance charges, please contact us at help@nutritionlab.com before making payment so we can review the request.

  • Do not ignore carrier or customs communications requesting information about your delivery. In some cases, information may still be required to complete delivery, even where no additional payment is due from the customer.

Duties-and-taxes-paid shipping does not guarantee that customs or border authorities will approve every shipment. Final clearance remains subject to destination-country rules, import restrictions, border processes, and regulatory discretion.

Nutrition Lab Sciences may restrict, cancel, refund, or pause shipments to a destination where DDP shipping is not available, where customs risk is unacceptable, or where fulfilment cannot be completed reliably.

Section 4 – International launch label and classification

During the initial global launch period, Essentbio® Daily Capsules may be supplied to selected international destinations using our Australian label and packaging.

In Australia, Essentbio® Daily is supplied as an AUST L complementary medicine for general health and wellbeing. Outside Australia, product classification, permitted claims, import rules, ingredient requirements, labelling requirements, language requirements, barcode requirements, warning requirements, and registration requirements may vary by country.

Product availability and shipment do not represent that Essentbio® Daily Capsules are registered, approved, authorised, or permitted for all uses in the destination country.

Customers outside Australia are responsible for ensuring that purchase, importation, possession, and use of Essentbio® Daily Capsules complies with the laws and regulations of their own country or jurisdiction.

Nutrition Lab Sciences reserves the right to restrict, cancel, or refund orders where we believe a shipment may not be suitable for a destination market.

Section 5 – Risk of loss

Risk passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or when marked as “delivered” by the courier, postal provider, or fulfilment partner.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information supplied by the customer.

Section 6 – Damaged or lost orders

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Contact help@nutritionlab.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, or as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Provide photos if applicable.

  • We will investigate with our shipping partners and, if eligible, replace or refund your order in line with our Refund Policy.
