Right of Withdrawal and Returns for EU Customers

As an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order. However, under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Essentbio® Daily Capsules are a sealed consumable product. For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product remains sealed, unopened, and in resaleable condition.

  • If the seal is broken, the statutory right of withdrawal may lapse and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Depending on the product and reason for return, returns may be sent to an EU-based facility where available to minimise costs.

VAT Information

For EU consumers, prices displayed at checkout may include or exclude VAT depending on your shipping country, applicable VAT rules, and the checkout configuration available in your market. For supported EU launch destinations, shipping and checkout charges are intended to be duties-and-taxes-paid, with no additional payment required from the customer for applicable import duties, tariffs, import VAT, or standard customs clearance charges connected with that order.
