Right of Withdrawal & Returns for Supplements for EU Customers

As an EU consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order. However, under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right does not apply once the seal of a supplement product has been broken, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product remains sealed, unopened, and in resaleable condition.

  • If the seal is broken, the statutory right of withdrawal lapses and no refund will be issued.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
